Terms of Service

💰 Payment & Plans
Accepted Payment Methods:CashApp (preferred)
Ko-Fi
PayPal
I do not accept trades or other alternatives unless it's a mutual art trade. Keep in mind that Ko-fi taxes.Payment Requirements:If a payment plan is needed, at least 50% upfront is required before I begin.
If no plan is arranged, full payment must be sent once the piece reaches heavy progress (e.g., detailed sketch or start of coloring).
No refunds once the first draft or sketch has been delivered.


📌 References & Commission Details
Please provide a clear, unshaded reference sheet with digital colors for accurate depiction.For custom characters, include all important details: gender, species, palette, accessories, markings, personality cues, etc.I reserve the right to decline commissions at my discretion for any reason.


🎨 Content Guidelines
I can draw:Furries / Anthros
Humans & Humanoids (still learning, not my specialty—expect varied quality)
NSFW: I am willing to take on NSFW commissions of both humans and anthros. Please be aware I am still gaining experience in this area, but I will approach it professionally.
Kinks/fetishes within artwork must be discussed in advance; I reserve the right to decline specific content.I do not draw:Some complex humanoids or creatures (ask first)
Detailed/mechanical backgrounds
AI-generated prompts or anything used for NFTs or blockchain-related purposes


🛑 Rights & Usage
The commissioned art is for personal use only (e.g., icons, profile pictures, personal prints).
Commercial use is not permitted.Do not:Edit, trace, or heavily alter the artwork
Remove my watermark or signature
Claim the work as your own.
You must credit me clearly when posting my art.I retain the right to post the artwork on my platforms, unless requested otherwise in advance.


⏳ Turnaround & Communication
Commissions may take 2 days to several weeks, depending on:Queue length
Complexity
Personal circumstances (health, work, etc.)
You are welcome to request WIPs at any time.I will notify you of delays and updates proactively when possible.Breaking these terms may result in commission cancellation, denial of future commissions, or being blacklisted from future business.
